A 3-month TRANSFORMATIONAL 1:1 MENTORING PROGRAMME
Introducing the 3-month 1:1 transformational growth programme experience!
A space where we will focus on the growth of YOUR business and setting out a clear strategy that allows you to move forward, make consistent progress and take those all-important 'next steps' you currently desire, to ensure you end the 3 months with confidence and a solid mindset for continuing to build your momentum.
During this growth programme experience we will go on this journey together;
A 60-min gap analysis session where we will dive deeply into your current business, and also where you want your business to be, allowing us to then create a personalised action plan and strategy for the 3 months ahead and how you can start bridging that gap and building momentum and results.
Then to follow this session and strategy planning you will have an additional 2 x 60-min calls and 3 months support with me to continue to build upon and work on;
You will be able to have me as your mentor for ongoing support using email, voice-notes, DM’s and google drive - you will have me there to support you when you are taking action, have questions, need to troubleshoot or soundboard.
The end of the 3 months growth programme experience also concludes with a 30-min 1:1 call where we will;
All calls will take place on zoom, so you will have access to recordings for future reference and links and replays will be sent to you once we have agreed to work together and taken those next steps.

- Nailing your bespoke business model & strategy, highlighting your unique knowledge; including your leadership skills and experience within your industry
- Stepping into your true role of CEO resulting in additional freedom within your time and finances
- Continued support in expanding your own mindset, prioritising your boundaries, and protecting your energy levels removing the need for burnout or exhaustion
You will be able to have me as your mentor for ongoing support using email, voice-notes, DM’s and google drive - you will have me there to support you when you are taking action, have questions, need to troubleshoot or soundboard.
The end of the 3 months growth programme experience also concludes with a 30-min 1:1 call where we will;
- Reflect on your progress and growth over our time together
- Pinpoint what your next goals are and what they look like for you; time frames, KPI’s, quantifiable goals
- Identify what your next steps need to be to ensure you continue achieving this level of momentum, progress and results

The GROWTH Programme includes the below:
- Kick-start Call - 1 x 60-min call at the start of the programme
- Two additional 60-minute calls
- Growth Call - 1 x 30-min call at the end of the programme
- Support via Email and Voice note for the entire 3-months
- The calls will take place on Zoom, and the recordings will be shared with you to keep
